First Flower Viewing Festival
May 4th, 2025

Hananokuni's first event ended up being a success. Individuals gathered in the manor pavilion (One Garden) to watch the flowers, enjoy some tea and sake, and share haiku and fables with each other. Though small, it was a good first event and everyone looks forward to the next year when the flowers will bloom again and they can see how far they've come with restoration efforts.

So far, the Takehana Manor has only had two sections restored: the front receiving area (where the bulletin board is locatted, along with a gathering area) and the internal garden (the outside yard OOC). Those are circled in red.A shrine room is in progress, near completion. The infirmary room is also functional. Future ideas are on the table, but nothing has been set in stone yet.The current major project is the rice field. Progress has been made and rice is currently growing, but with only one functional paddy, there is still work to be done. This will be where most non-combat leves will be focused.

Name: Meiko and KazetakaMeiko is Marvin's niece from his oldest brother-in-law and she and her husband were one of the few couples living in the area when he rediscovered it. Though initially Kazetaka was frustrated with ownership transitioning to Marvin, he realized that with age comes exhaustion, and the two are more than happy staffing the leve board and keeping up on item stock as Marvin and Valre restore the village.

The group and FC is located in Marilith. Events and larger gatherings WILL be held in Marilith, partially to combat server congestion problems, but there is no default server where an independent RP needs to take place. Please list the server when you ask for RP in the discord if you are off-world. Having the Doman Enclave at least unlocked is also required for attendance in the seasonal events, but max rank is not needed. If you do not have it unlocked, you can still participate in most of the other events.

Villagers are allowed to run small venues and event spots with apartments, houses, and fc rooms! We request to have the space themed appropriately – if it is a gathering spot, we would prefer it to look Eastern since it will physically be in Doma, but decoration can have personal touches ranging from furniture type to colors and beyond. When you wish to create one, please let the admin know and we can add it here with other locales.If you have a pre-established venue, reach out to the admin and we can make some sort of IC connection.Village Locales we will not accept:☼ Anything NSFW☼ Anything with a heavy criminal over or undertone☼ Anything not located in the Far East (for obvious reasons)
